These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including purchasing bridal wear, communion dresses, bridal accessories, and other products. By accessing our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Pricing & Payment Methods

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, and in-store payments.
  • A deposit is required for custom and pre-order items. Deposits are non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Custom-made and pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Refunds or exchanges are only available in cases of manufacturing defects.

4. Fittings & Alterations

  • Bridal gowns and communion dresses may require alterations for a perfect fit.
  • Alterations are not included in the purchase price and must be arranged separately.
  • The Ambers Bridal Studio is not responsible for issues arising from third-party alterations.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Eligibility

  • Bridal dresses, communion dresses, and accessories are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.

5.2 Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us with your order details and reason for return.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • The Ambers Bridal Studio ensures all products are of high quality. However, we are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to incorrect sizing or customer expectations.
  • We are not liable for any damage to products caused by improper care, alterations, or mishandling by the customer.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties related to our products and services.

  • We respect your privacy and ensure your details are handled securely.
  • Information collected is used solely for order processing and customer service.
  • We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
